职位描述：

1.Early involvement for new project , define the Advanced Product Quality Plan

针对新项目初期，定义新品阶段产品质量计划

2.Product spec, ID review and engineering sample review for design assurance

应产品特殊要求，进行ID评审和工程样机的评审保证设计需求

3.Review Engineering drawing to ensure all critical assessment to quality requirements are well and correctly defined

审核工程图纸确保所有的重点评估对品质管控点是无遗漏的且有明确的定义

4.Evaluate new measurement jigs and testing equipment

评估新的工装夹具和测试设备

5.Define Product Test plan and follow up the status of each stage

定义产品的测试计划和追踪各个阶段的测试情况

6.Work together with SQE for mass production release

与SQE团队协作确认批量性特采物料状况

7.Engineering change control

工程变更管控

8.Drive the deep analysis for the product failure cause and establish corrective action

针对产品不良原因的深入推动分析并制定改善措施

任职要求：

1、Above 5 years experience in service robot, home appliance, mobile phone products or relative industrial area

电子相关产品至少5年工作经验

2、Engineering background in electronics and telecommunication will be preferred.

有电子/电气工程/质量或设计背景

3、Familiar with new project procedure and above 3 year new project experience熟悉新品的开发流程,3年以上新项目经验.

4、Above association degree.

大专以上学历.

5、Strong skills in problem analysis and solving.

在问题分析及解决处理时有较强的能力。
